MirWare Srl -based in Verona, Italy – is an independent software company with more than 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, focusing traditionally on the analysis of SWIFT® FIN and recently of the XML ISO 20022 traffic – in order to extract, understand and exploit added-value information buried in the messages worldwide exchanged every day among financial institutions.
All the developed IT solutions, the customized consultancy, and the specific educational programs offered by MirWare aim to convert value-added information into knowledge, with the main goal of strengthening sales effectiveness and operative efficiency of financial institutions.

Flavio Caricasole
CEO Mirware SRL
Senior banker since 2001, he matured in Unicredit Group a deep experience in correspondent banking, Trade Finance & Cash Management.
In his last banking experience, he was responsible for International Trade and Payment Systems in UBI Banca Group, from 2008 to 2016.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Mirware Srl, the company specialized in business intelligence applied to interbank messages traffic.
​
He is also responsible for the Transaction Banking Lab by Mirware (TBLab), a common space where systemic initiatives, technological innovation, consultancy, services, and training converge for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders involved in the banking world.
​
Professor under contract at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano, he teaches International Banking at the Master in International Business.
